RULES AND REGULATION OF THE INSTITUTE

  • Fees ones paid are not refundable / adjustable under any circumstances. Those who are default in payment of dues will not be allowed to continue their classes.
  • Candidates having attendances less than 80% need removal from the rules. They may be readmitted at the discretion of management.
  • Students shall be required to maintain high sense of discipline in the class room/hostel & premises at all the times.
  • Students are accountable for the loss of or breakage of the system & other properties of the institution issued to them.
  • Certificate should be issued/caution money would be refundable only after successful competition of the course & settlement of all dues.
  • In all matters relating to the student or staff of the college, the decision of the management will be final and binding. However, in case the student feels aggrieved, he/she can represent the case before a grievance committee duty constituted and the decision of the committee shall be final and binding on all concerned.
  • Governing body of MIT reserves the right to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason thereof.
  • The director shall have the discretion to change the course Fee/Examination fee/fees for study tour, seminars picnic & other cultural activities.
  • The director has the power to take any disciplinary action against student found guilty of any misconduct in the institution.
  • In case a student discontinues in between the course, fees paid by him/her will be forfeited. He/she will be issued the clearance certificate from the institution only after paying the full course fees.
  • Ragging is totally banned as per Supreme Court decision. Any student indulging in this practice may be expelled from the institution.
  • There is a separate set of rules and regulation for the student stating in hostel. Students desiring to stay in hostel are required to go through the rules and regulation of the hostel and strictly adhere to them.
  • Students removed from the rolls for any misdemeanors will not have any claim of any kind over the college.
  • All disputes regarding admission, and any other matter relating to the college shall be subject to jurisdiction of civil courts in Bhubaneswar only.
